What Thriving Actually Looks Like for Black Professionals And Who Gets to Define It
For many Black professionals, “thriving” is often measured by visibility, resilience, or how much we can carry without burning out. But rarely do we get the space to pause, reflect, and ask whether those definitions truly serve us.
This webinar is a guided, conversation-based space to explore how success is defined, experienced, and sustained in today’s workplace—especially for Black professionals navigating visibility, pressure, and unspoken expectations. Together, we’ll unpack the gap between what thriving is supposed to look like and what it actually feels like in practice.
This an opportunity to think critically, share honestly, and leave with language, perspective, and clarity you can carry forward—whether you’re navigating your own career, leading others, or simply seeking a more humane way to work.
