A Note From Our Founder, Keisha Toussaint
After more than a decade in corporate HR, I watched the same script play out again and again: marginalized employees silenced, leaders hiding behind buzzwords, “people-first” watered down into PR lines, and accountability swapped for optics. The very people who keep workplaces running were the ones carrying the weight without support and advocacy.
That’s why I built BCC’d HR. For employees, we’re the trusted, confidential ally HR should have been all along — the HR bestie who calls out the BS, roots for you, and makes sure you’re never facing it alone.
For businesses, we’re the partner you call when you’re ready to stop talking about culture and actually live it. We challenge leaders to treat their people with the same dignity and equity they’d want for their own friends and families.
